The first leg of the final-round tie between Italy and the Netherlands in the Ponteffrophamme on Friday night is expected to be played out in the sun.
It will be played in the rain but the rain forecast has been confirmed by the Italian Football Federation.
Italy won the first leg 1-0, with Nacer Barbosa netting the winner after Mario Mandzukic headed the ball into the net.
In the second leg, Italy took a 2-0 lead thanks to a second goal from Mandzuki.
The scoreline was 4-2 after the break.
The second leg is expected at 11.00 local time (17.00 GMT) with the second and third legs to follow at 15.00 and 19.00.
