The Post is introducing a new interactive cinema map that highlights theaters and movie houses that will open and close on Friday and Saturday nights starting with the premiere of the Oscar-nominated movie The Postman Always Rings Twice on Sunday.
On the map, The Post will highlight the most popular films on Saturday nights and Sunday nights as well as a selection of movies that will be shown on select television networks.
The movie’s release date will be announced Monday, The Washington Post said.
The new cinema app will allow users to see which films are playing on which nights, and it will include information about which theaters and cinemas will be showing movies, the newspaper said.
It will be available to users in the U.S., Canada and the U,K.
The app will also be available in New Zealand, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates, the paper said.
The film will be released to theaters in the United States, Canada and Canada, the Times said.
On its website, the Post said it is “working closely with movie studios and producers to ensure the new app is as accurate and as useful as possible.”
